Dillon joined Acadia in September 2023 from CRC-IB (formerly known as CohnReznick Capital) where he served as its Director of Strategy, Operations, and Finance. At CRC-IB, Dillon worked closely with the leadership team, and was responsible for managing the firm’s budget, reporting the firm’s performance to the board, establishing and implementing operating procedures, and providing actionable insights to management.

Previously, Dillon served as a Business Analyst within Casey Quirk by Deloitte, a specialty group within Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations practice with a focus on Asset Managers. At Deloitte, he advised several of the world’s largest investment managers on best practices for operating structure, institutional and retail distribution, and market entry strategies.

Dillon earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yale University.
