Dillon joined Acadia in September 2023 from CohnReznick Capital where he served as its Director of Strategy, Operations, and Finance. At CohnReznick, Dillon was responsible for managing the firm’s budget, reporting the firm’s performance, establishing and implementing operating procedures, and providing actionable insights to management. Previously, Dillon served as a Business Analyst within Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations group with a focus on Asset Managers. At Deloitte, he advised several of the world’s largest investment managers on best practices for operating structure, institutional and retail distribution, and market entry strategies.

Dillon earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yale University.
