Lydia has two years of experience in the power and renewable energy sectors. Prior to joining Acadia in February 2024, Lydia was an Analyst on the Power and Renewables Investment Banking team at J.P. Morgan in New York. While at J.P. Morgan, Lydia worked on several M&A and capital markets transactions across the utility, clean-tech and renewable energy sectors. Some notable transactions include advising FirstEnergy Transmission on a $3.5 billion minority stake sale to Brookfield and a public equity offering for Fluence Energy. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Lydia interned at Magnetar Capital and completed the Sentinels Public Policy Research Fellowship at Williams College. 

Lydia holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a concentration in Leadership Studies from Williams College.
